The Income Tax School, our sister company, is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant for our Glen Allen Corporate Office in The Forum.
Compensation will be based on qualifications.
Duties and Responsibilities will include:
- Must be detail-oriented, accurate and able to multi-task
- Learn all Income Tax School products & services
- Assist in answering telephones
- Assist with tax school products & services sales and customer support
- Answer prospective customers’ questions about products and services
- Conduct website live chats with customers and prospective customers
- Complete order forms and process shopping cart purchases for customers
- Help to resolve customer problems
- Assist in maintaining school student records
- Assist with student data compilation and data entry
- Assist in print shop: printing, packaging, shipping & mailing text books
- Assist with phone follow-up with prospective customers and students
- Attend trade shows as requested
- Perform various other tasks as assigned
- Must be computer-literate and mechanically-inclined
- Must be reliable and self-directed
- Will become a valuable member of The Income Tax School Team!
