Peoples Tax and The Income Tax School (our sister company) are seeking a seasonal receptionist/Admin for the Corporate office with the potential for year-round employment after tax season.

Must have excellent knowledge of English language and grammar, plus excellent writing and editing skills. Opportunity for year-round employment and advancement.
1. Greet visitors, answer multi-line telephones
2. Answer questions, provide information, direct calls and take messages
3. Communicate with customers, employees and others
4. Take orders for products and services
5. Provide customer service; resolve customer problems
6. Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions, etc.
7. Assist with accounting data-entry, filing and customer record-keeping
8. Assist in keeping corporate office clean, neat and organized
9. Assist with editing of The Income Tax School course texts
Education and Experience:
- Knowledge of relevant software applications i.e. Microsoft Office
- Proficient in use of email, internet and computer
- Customer Service & Sales experience
- College degree preferred
