Who are we?

Peoples Business Services is a Richmond-based, full service business serving the needs for accounting, payroll, corporate and individual tax preparation, as well as consulting services.  Founded in 1986 as Business Service Associates, Peoples Business Services was formed by Chuck McCabe and merged with Peoples Financial Services, a division of Peoples Income Tax, Inc., in 2002.  Chuck has been very active in the Richmond, VA business community, receiving numerous awards including the Better Business Bureau’s Torch Award for Marketplace Integrity.  We have a full compliment of bookkeepers, accountants, and tax preparation experts to assist you in your every day needs.
