Who are we?
Peoples Business Services is a Richmond-based, full service business serving the needs for accounting, payroll, corporate and individual tax preparation. Founded in 1986 as Business Service Associates, Peoples Business Services was formed by Chuck McCabe and merged with Peoples Financial Services, a division of Peoples Income Tax, Inc., in 2002. Chuck has been very active in the Richmond, Virginia business community, receiving numerous awards including the Better Business Bureau’s Torch Award for Marketplace Integrity.
